In this learning program you will receive important information regarding the City of Waterloo as an organization, the corporate policies, health and safety training and accessibility training along with information to assist you in your day to day responsibilities as a member of the City of Waterloo Team.

Please join CMT (Corporate Management Team) Tim Anderson, CAO, Jim Bowman, Commissioner, Community Services, Ron Ormson, Commissioner IPPW and Filipa Reynolds, Commissioner Corporate Services along with City Council, Mayor McCabe and new colleagues and friends for coffee and conversation.

Participants are introduced to the model Situational Leadership II. This is a foundational and critical model as it helps leaders to develop their skills.
