This session will explore the organizational risks and cultural consequences that arise when items related to legislation, corporate policies and procedures, collective agreements and performance are not adhered to or left unaddressed. Through real-world examples and practical tools, participants will gain strategies to navigate difficult conversations, uphold accountability, and foster a respectful, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
