This course combines case studies, hands-on group activities, and opportunities to practice comparing traditional negotiation tactics with an interest-based approach. You will also be equipped with techniques you can employ during real-life situations where your wants or needs conflict with others'. Gain the knowledge and methods you need to effectively negotiate with acquaintances, friends, family, colleagues, direct reports, and leaders.

 

This course can be applied to the University of Waterloo Leadership Certificate.
