The City of Waterloo’s Learning at Work Program provides a robust catalogue of learning for skill development, legislative compliance and career development.

Through our Learning Management System (LMS) we can offer asynchronous learning (online courses that employees can access at any time and place and complete self paced) along with synchronous learning (learning that includes onsite or virtual courses in real time) where you would join your colleagues in a traditional learning environment.

For all staff:

• Review the Corporate Learning at Work courses
• Consider your development needs and interests and be sure to discuss with your manager and get their approval
• Enroll by selecting the course of interest and registering
